• User ID: Your hawkmail prefix
• Initial Password: HaccMMDDYY (MMDDYY - your date of birth, i.e. if your date of birth is 06/01/1999 then your password will be Hacc060199)

TO REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT

When you have entered your user ID and Password, click Login.

If you have forgotten your Password: Enter your User ID and press the Forgot Password? button. The Security Question that you previously created will appear. If you answer the question correctly you will be taken to a screen where you will create a new Password.

If your account is locked or you need your Password reset, please contact HACCs IT Support Center at 717-780-2570.

Note: 30 minutes of inactivity will cause this session to timeout.

When you have finished your session, please Exit and close your browser to protect your privacy.

For security purposes, users of the Banner Self-Service (HACCWeb) products should refrain from clicking/launching email, instant messaging, or other links outside of Banner or unrelated to HACC when they are logged into Self-Service.
